Prostate Massagers

Prostate massagers are shaped to reach the prostate, a small gland about five centimetres inside the body that many people find intensely pleasurable to stimulate. We stock beginner friendly shapes as well as vibrating and remote controlled models, all in body safe silicone with a flared base, which is the one feature an anal toy must have.

Starting out

If this is your first prostate toy, choose something slim with a gentle curve and a wide, flared base. The curve does the work of finding the prostate for you, and the base means the toy cannot travel further in than you want it to. There is no need to start with vibration. Plenty of people prefer the pressure on its own.

Take your time, relax and use far more lube than you think you need. The body makes no lubricant of its own here, so a thick water based lube is the best place to start. Our guide to which lube to use and how much explains why.

Vibrating and remote controlled models

Once you know what you like, a vibrating massager adds sensation at the tip, at the base or both. Remote and app controlled models let a partner take charge, which can be fun to explore together. If you are not sure how to raise it, our piece on bringing it up with a partner might help.

Materials and care

Everything on this shelf is made from body safe, non porous silicone, which you can clean completely after each use. Read what body safe means for why that matters more for anal toys than anywhere else.

  1. Where is the prostate?

About five centimetres inside the rectum, towards the front of the body. A curved massager is shaped to reach it without you having to aim.

  2. Why does an anal toy need a flared base?

The base stops the toy from slipping further in than you intend. Never use anything this way that does not have one.

  3. Which lube should I use?

A thick water based lube. Avoid silicone lube with silicone toys, and avoid numbing products, because discomfort is a signal to slow down.

  4. How do I clean a prostate massager?

Wash it with warm water and a mild unscented soap or toy cleaner after every use and let it dry fully. Keep the charging port dry if it has one.
