Who we are

Bliss Box is a trading name of Aus Bliss Box, a registered business name based in Adelaide, South Australia. When you buy from this site, your contract is with Aus Bliss Box.

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from it. Please read them. By placing an order you agree to them.

You must be over 18

This shop sells products intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to browse or buy. We ask you to confirm this before you can see the shop, and we may refuse or cancel an order if we have reason to believe the buyer is under 18.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is charged separately unless the order qualifies for free delivery, and the amount is shown before you pay. We try hard to keep prices and product details accurate. If we find an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before we send it and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email tells you we have received it, and the contract is formed when we send the goods. If we cannot supply something we will tell you and refund it.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. The name on your statement is a neutral trading name and does not describe what you bought.

Delivery

We send from Adelaide. Delivery times we quote are estimates, not promises, because the carrier is not us. Every order goes in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside that says what is inside. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Your rights if something is wrong

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If any part of these terms would have that effect, that part does not apply.

Returns, and why intimate products are different

For reasons of hygiene and safety we cannot accept a return of an intimate product once its sealed packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty.

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will make it right under the Australian Consumer Law. Please do not throw it away before you contact us.

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days. Return postage is at your cost unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Using the products safely

Our product pages describe materials and care. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, clean products as directed, and stop using anything that is damaged. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health question, speak to a doctor or pharmacist.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else has your account. You can close your account at any time from the privacy section of your account.

How you may use this site

Please do not attempt to break into it, scrape it, overload it, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may suspend access if you do.

Our content

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us or to our suppliers. You may not copy them for your own commercial use.

Rewards, referrals and discount codes

Our rewards programme has its own terms, on our rewards page, and those terms form part of these. There is currently no referral reward. Only one discount code can be used on an order unless a code's own terms say otherwise.

Reviews

A review is read by a person before it is published. We publish reviews whatever their rating, and decline one only for a reason listed in our review policy. Rewards points for a review do not depend on what it says.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order, or for loss caused by using a product in a way its instructions warn against.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of South Australia, and the courts of South Australia have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
