Penis Pumps
Penis pumps use gentle suction to draw blood into the penis, which many people use for a firmer, fuller feeling and more sensitivity. Some use one before sex, some as part of a routine, and some just for the sensation. We stock manual and electric pumps with clear pressure control, and every listing gives the cylinder size so you can choose one that fits.

How a pump works
A pump is a clear cylinder that seals against the body at the base. Squeezing the bulb or pressing the button draws the air out, and the lower pressure inside draws blood into the penis. Release the valve and the pressure returns to normal. Most people use one for a few minutes at a time.
Choosing the right one
Cylinder size matters more than anything else. Too narrow and it is uncomfortable, too wide and it will not seal. Measure the widest part of the shaft when erect and choose a cylinder a little wider than that. A manual pump gives you the most control over pressure, while an electric pump is easier to use one handed and usually stops at a set limit.
A good seal needs lube. A little water based lube around the base of the cylinder makes a real difference, and our guide to choosing a lube covers which kind to use.
Using a pump safely
Start with low pressure and short sessions, and stop straight away if anything hurts, tingles or goes numb. A pump is not a medical device. If you have a circulation or blood clotting condition, or take blood thinning medication, speak to your doctor first. Clean the cylinder with warm soapy water after each use and let it dry, as our cleaning guide explains.
What size pump should I buy?
Measure the widest part of the shaft when erect and choose a cylinder slightly wider. Each listing gives the cylinder's inside diameter and length.
How long should I use a pump for?
Start with a few minutes at low pressure and build up slowly. Stop at once if you feel pain or numbness.
Do I need lube with a pump?
Yes. A little water based lube around the base helps the cylinder seal and makes it more comfortable.
Is a penis pump safe to use?
For most people, used gently and for short periods, yes. If you have a circulation or bleeding condition, or take blood thinners, check with your doctor before using one.
