Where we send

We send every order from Adelaide, South Australia.

We only deliver within Australia at the moment.

What it costs

Delivery is charged separately from your order. The price depends on the size and weight of the parcel and where it is going, and you see it at the checkout before you pay.

Orders of $99 or more qualify for free delivery. On those orders the cheapest delivery option is free. A faster option, where one is offered, is still charged.

How it is packed

Every order goes in plain, unbranded packaging, with nothing on the outside that says what is inside.

If you choose gift packaging at the checkout, it changes what is inside the parcel. The outside stays plain.

The name on your bank statement is a neutral trading name and does not describe what you bought.

When it arrives

Any delivery time we give you is an estimate, not a promise, because the carrier is not us.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, write to us through our contact page and we will make it right.
