About Bliss Box
An adult wellness shop, packed and posted from Adelaide.
Bliss Box is a small shop in Adelaide, South Australia. We sell toys, lubes and little luxuries for grown ups, and we want buying them to feel as easy as buying anything else.
Why we started
Pleasure is part of looking after yourself, and it deserves the same care as your skincare or your sleep. Shopping for it has too often meant a clinical website or a slightly seedy one, vague descriptions, and a box that tells the whole street what you ordered. We wanted a shop that feels warm, grown up and a little indulgent, the kind of place you would happily tell a friend about.
How we choose what to sell
We keep the range small on purpose. Before anything goes on the site we ask three simple questions. Is it made from something safe to use on your body? Does it actually do what it says? Would we happily recommend it to a friend? If the answer to any of them is no, we leave it out.
Every product page tells you what the thing is made of. Body safe silicone, glass and ABS plastic are gentle on skin and easy to keep clean, and knowing which one you are buying helps you pick the right lube and look after it properly. If you are ever unsure about something, ask us and we will give you a straight answer.
How it arrives
Every order goes out in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside that says what is inside or who it is from. What appears on your statement is a neutral trading name, and we show you the exact wording at checkout so there is no surprise later.
Where to find us
We are online only and we pack and send from Adelaide. There is no shop to visit yet. If you want to ask something before you buy, the contact page reaches a real person here, and nothing you write there is used for marketing.
