Items come onto this shelf when we reduce the price, whether that is the end of a line, a seasonal offer or a product we would like more people to try. The price you see is the price you pay, with GST included.
Is a sale item any different?
No. A reduced product is new and sealed, made from the same materials and covered by the same guarantees as it was at full price. Our guide to body safe materials explains what we look for in everything we stock, whatever the price.
Returns on sale items
Sale items are treated exactly like everything else. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days, and anything faulty is covered in full. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back an intimate product for change of mind once it has been opened.
Buying for someone else
A sale is a good time to pick up a gift. If you are not sure what to choose, our guide to buying for somebody else has some ideas. Orders of $99 or more ship free, and every parcel is plain with nothing on the outside to say what is inside.
Are sale items new?
Yes. Everything on this shelf is new and sealed, the same as our full price stock.
Can I return a sale item?
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days, and faulty items are always covered. Opened intimate products cannot be returned for change of mind.
How long do sale prices last?
It varies. Prices on this shelf change as offers start and finish.
